All prints are created after payment has been received. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be created and shipped to you.
If you have a specific deadline, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate it.
Payment
The preferred method of payment is PayPal, as it is secure, fast, and accepts all major credit cards.
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use the PayPal credit card services.
Residents in the state of Texas will be charged the appropriate sales tax at checkout on all items purchased, including shipping fees, as required by the state of Texas.
All orders are created and shipped after full payment has been cleared.
Shipping
Small prints, greeting/note cards, and postcards are shipped flat in protective packaging.
Large prints are shipped carefully rolled in a tube.
I will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will be happy to replace or exchange it.
You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
